Directions
1. Prepare the spaghetti and meatballs according to their package instructions. Set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
3. Toss the cooled spaghetti with the Frigo® Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese, stringed Frigo® Cheese Heads® sticks, eggs, garlic salt and pepper.
4. Divide the pasta mixture among the 12 prepared muffin cups, arranging the noodles in each cup to create "nests" for the meatballs.
5. Top each "nest" with 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce, 1 meatball and 1 more tablespoon of pasta sauce. Then, sprinkle Frigo® Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese over the top of each cup.
6. Bake in the preheated oven until the spaghetti and meatballs are heated through and the cheese melts, 20–25 minutes.
7. Let them cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the tins.
8. When you’re ready to serve, garnish them with fresh chopped herbs and serve with a side of extra sauce and meatballs for guests to use, as desired.
