Balsamic Steak Ciabatta

Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Seasoned Steak Strips make preparation of this sandwich speedy for lunch or dinner. You'll love the taste as the tangy balsamic blends with other zesty ingredients for a surprisingly irresistible flavor.


  2 packages Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Frozen Seasoned Steak Strips , 6-oz. packages

  2 Tbs balsamic vinegar

  3 tsp garlic, minced, divided

  1/2 tsp orange zest

  2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  1/2 tsp salt

  1 tsp pepper

  1/3 cup olive oil

  Italian fresh greens

  2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

  4 slices red onions

  1/4 cup light mayonnaise

  1 Tbs Dijon mustard

  4 Ciabatta Rolls

1. Combine balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons garlic, orange zest, rosemary, salt and pepper in bowl. Add olive oil in a slow stream while constantly whisking until well combined.

2. Prepare Grilled & Ready® Seasoned Steak Strips in skillet according to package directions. Reserve 2 tablespoons balsamic dressing for greens and add rest to skillet with beef and warm through.

3. Combine greens, tomatoes and onions and toss with reserved 2 tablespoons of balsamic dressing.

4. In bowl whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon garlic, salt and pepper.

5. To assemble: place rolls on flat work surface and cut. Spread 2 tablespoons mayonnaise on top and bottom of each bun. Divide meat among buns, top with 2 slices bacon and greens. Close with top of bun.
