Ingredients
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 pkg. (8 to 10 oz.) prepared mixed salad greens (about 8 cups)
8 oz. salmon fillets, poached, flaked

Directions
Blend mustard and lemon juice in small bowl. Slowly blend in sour cream and oil. Stir in dill. Refrigerate until serving time.
Arrange salad greens and salmon on large serving platter. Serve with dressing mixture.
