15 Minute BBQ Chicken & Rice Dinner

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  1 Tbs oil

  4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)

  2 cups water

  3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

  1 cup frozen or canned whole kernel corn, drained

  2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.

Add water, barbecue sauce and corn to skillet. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
