Five Star Chili

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 21 minutes

Ingredients

  3 Tbs Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Blend

  1/2 lb lean ground beef

  2 cloves garlic, slivered

  6 oz frozen vegetable medley

  3/4 cup low-sodium vegetable stock, warm

  2 Tbs smoked Gouda, shredded

Directions

Heat a small crock-pot or 1 quart saucepan to medium.

Add meat and sauté until lightly brown.

Add vegetable stock and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add vegetable medley and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Blend. Cook until vegetables are cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Serve, topping with smoked Gouda.
