Crunchy SunBird Slaw

1 pkg SunBird Fried Rice Seasoning Mix

3 Tbs sugar

1 Tbs soy sauce

1/2 cup white or cider vinegar

1/4 cup sesame oil

1 bag coleslaw mix or broccoli slaw mix

3 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted or sesame seeds

1 cup chow mein noodles


Combine SunBird Fried Rice Mix, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and oil. Set aside for about 10 minutes for flavors to blend. Place remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing just before serving.
