Cole Slaw

1/2 cup Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt

2 Tbs Dijon mustard

2 tsp low-fat mayonnaise

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp celery seed

6 cups thinly sliced red and/or green cabbage

4 medium carrots, shredded

1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced

Kosher salt

freshly ground pepper


Whisk together Chobani, mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add the cabbage, carrots and onion and toss well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.
