Mozzarella Pepper Salsa

8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

1 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped

1/4 cup sliced green onions

2 slivered fresh basil

2 olive oil

Coarsely ground black pepper

Endive lettuce, separated into leaves

Crackers KeeblerĀ® ToastedsĀ® Wheat


1. In small bowl combine cheese, peppers, onion, basil and oil. Season with pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

2. Serve with endive and crackers.
