Asian Chicken Kabobs

These fun-to-eat, flavorful grilled kabobs are certain to impress your guests for any cookout. And they're easy enough to enjoy for a family dinner any night of the week.
22 oz Grilled & Ready® Chunks, thawed
1 onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 red bell peppers, seeded, cut into chunks
1/2 pineapple, skinned, cut into 1-inch squares
2 zucchini, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 oz low sodium teriyaki sauce
1. Soak 8 6-inch wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes. Preheat grill to low.
2. Skewer the Grilled & Ready chicken breast chunks, onion, red bell peppers, pineapple and zucchini on to the presoaked skewers. Brush kabobs with a light layer of teriyaki sauce.
3. Place kabobs on the preheated grill. Turn every 2 minutes and continue to brush with teriyaki sauce until the onions are slightly charred and the chicken is heated through.
Serving Suggestion: Serve on a bed of basmati rice.
