Cheese Stuffed Burgers

1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
1 package McCormick® All American Burger Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
4 hamburger rolls
Mix ground beef and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Form into 4 balls. Press a deep hole into each ball. Fill each with about 3 tablespoons of cheese. Press meat around cheese to enclose. Shape into 4 patties.
Cook in nonstick skillet or grill over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through.
Serve on rolls with desired condiments and toppings.
