Grilled Fajita Salad
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning Mix makes a flavorful marinade for steak and vegetables. Grill and serve over Romaine lettuce for a fajita-style salad.
1 package McCormick® Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup ranch dressing
1/3 cup oil
3 Tbs lime juice
1 sirloin steak
1 bell pepper
1 package Romaine lettuce
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place steak and vegetables in separate large resealable plastic bags. Add 2 tablespoons of the marinade to vegetables. Add remaining marinade to steak; turn to coat well.
Remove steak and vegetables from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Place vegetables in heated skillet or grill pan on medium-high heat. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender. Slice steak across the grain into thin slices. Arrange steak and vegetables over lettuce on serving platter. Drizzle with prepared dressing. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
