1,2,3 Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Servings: Makes 2 dozen.
1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
8 oz BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Raisins
Heat oven to 375°F.
Beat butter, sugars and egg on medium speed for 1 minute until well blended. Beat in flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon on low speed just until combined. Stir in chocolate and raisins. Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Transfer to wire cooling rack and cool completely.
