Barbecued Beef Brisket

1 boneless beef brisket (4 lb.)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 onion, sliced (1 medium)

18 oz KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce (1 bottle)


Place meat, fat side up, on rack in baking pan. Place garlic and onion on top of brisket. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Pour barbecue sauce over meat; cover.

Bake at 300°F for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Skim off fat from cooking liquid; serve liquid with meat.
